What are the shipping costs for the work?
The shipping costs are borne by the customer.


I live abroad, will the work arrive at my house?
Yes, we ship work to all parts of the world. Wherever you live, you can buy a work by Jesús Valencia and it will come to your home. We also offer a warranty for damage or shipping problems.


Do they have a certificate of authenticity?
Yes, and it will come to you with the work or via email if you prefer.


How can I pay for a work of Jesus?
You have several payment systems:

Just add the works you want to the cart and follow the payment process with the system that you like the most.

How can I see the available works?
Through the menu, you can browse the different collections.
You can FILTER and SORT the works by DEFAULT (system), BY AVERAGE RATING, BY THE LATEST, BY PRICE: LOW TO HIGH AND HIGH TO LOW.
If you want to see other works that are in their physical gallery you can request photos through our contact and we will send them to you with all the details.


Does Jesus do works on commission?
Yes His available works are those you see on the web. However, if it is something very special we could consider it, but as a general rule, orders take a production time of 30 days plus shipping time.


How often is new work uploaded to the web?
The recent works of Jesus are immediately available. When a series of sculptures ends, they are uploaded to the web and can now be purchased.
We are also recovering old works that are being incorporated into the web as we catalog and prepare them.
We advise you to be attentive.


I’m interested in a work on the web but it’s already sold. What can I do?
If you are interested in a work that has already sold, you can contact our team and Jesus could include you in the works of a new series. Contact us at contacto@jesusvalencia.cl


I bought a work of Jesus years ago but I don’t have a CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY.
You’re in luck. When dealing with an artist who is still alive, we can help. Send us a photo of the work to confirm that it is an original and we will indicate the process to obtain your certificate. Write to us at contacto@jesusvalencia.cl
